About the role The Finance and Operations Manager, is a keystone role in the University Colleges and Residential Life Portfolio. The role holds responsibility for the effective management and implementation of the financial strategy and targets to maintain the long-term financial sustainability of university residences. The appointee will manage the finance and facilities function within the unit, providing high-level financial advice to the Director, and the senior leadership team. This role is pivotal in defining and delivering the processes and priorities, including centralising and standardising residential college systems. About you Your extensive experience in finance has been gained in large and complex organisations,and includes exposure to finance strategy and budget planning. Underpinning your track record of achieving business improvement outcomes, are your credibility, energy, and well-honed communication and influencing skills.
