Driven by current and future industry workforce requirements, they will engage stakeholders to leverage the Universitys National Priority Industry Linkage (NPILF) funding to foster innovative partnerships between industry and the University. The role will support the development of appropriate governance within the universitys structures and establish and manage an NPILF working group. The Academic Lead (Work Integrated Learning) will monitor progress of the program overall and prepare reports for internal and external audiences which demonstrate achievement of these aims through metrics and case studies. To be successful you will have: Stakeholder engagement and business development capabilities; Strategic thinking skills and demonstrated ability to research, assess, interpret, and amalgamate information to provide expert recommendations and reporting; Experience and understanding of governance, systems and processes related to work integrated learning, STEM and industry partnerships in higher education contexts and to deliver quality outcomes for students and communities.
