Responsibilities Managing and maintaining cloud applications, auditing cloud application plugins. Assist in onboarding new starters by setting up users. Work alongside the platform team to automate onboarding/off-boarding tooling to get our staff up and running. Procure, upgrade, install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware. Assist with launching new global editions ensuring each edition has the technology they need to launch. Design, build, and manage IT & global support processes, policies, and procedures. Manage and respond to global privacy requests. Document processes and manage our ticketing system, enabling teams to engage with IT efficiently. Ensure the security of The Conversation's cloud applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce etc). Maintain device management and monitoring tooling (Kandji etc). Partner with Finance to forecast and track asset and licensing costs. Requirements You’ve been an IT Manager setting up systems, software, and hardware in a high-growth company. You take a project management approach to managing IT infrastructure with incredible time management and communication skills. You’ve administered Google Workspace (GSuite), Mac, and Slack across many devices. You’ve set up security, credential management and storage systems and processes. You’re known for providing an incredible customer experience and can point to ways you’ve measured and improved CSAT scores. Bonus Points Experience managing Salesforce Orgs, Salesforce plugins, Permissions & Roles management.
