About the Role The Teaching and Learning Officer plays a key role in the successful operation and organisation of the ASO’s activities and focuses on providing support for the Asia Institute. The role will work collaboratively across the ASO to deliver high quality support in the administration of the School’s undergraduate, honours and graduate coursework programs and support the wider faculty as required. In a typical week at work, you may: Provide successful teaching and learning support for the School and Faculty including results processing, production of the timetable, and examination process Manage the interface with SaSS in relation to student timetabling, student surveys, supporting seamless management and advice to students Provide committee support for the Education and Students Committee About You Your outstanding communication skills will allow you to provide high quality support to a range of people and act as a team player. Your time management and organisation abilities will serve you well as you work independently to meet completing deadlines and while also managing your day to day workload.
