The Research Assistant will be working within and across disciplines to support the team on brain research into the brain function of rodent models. This role will see you take responsibility for a variety of tasks including: Stereotaxic surgery for placement of electrodes and cannula Drug delivery to mice via oral, s.c, i.p or i.c.v. routes Running of video-EEG experiments Behavioral experiments This role is full-time, fixed-term until May 2022. You will have a Bachelor's (Hons) degree, Masters or Ph.D. in physiology, neuroscience, or related area.
