TRUMP ADMINISTRATION CONTINUES TO COMMIT MURDER [1] ['A Pagan In Arizona', 'Dan K', 'Greg Dworkin', 'Ice Blue'] Date: 2026-08-26 This summary comes from the publication The Hill: “The U.S. military launched a lethal strike on Tuesday against an alleged drug boat in the Caribbean traveling through “established narco-trafficking routes,” as outlined by U.S. Southern Command (Southcom). Four people on the vessel were killed. It follows a Monday attack on an alleged drug boat in the eastern Pacific in which two people were killed. Gen. Francis L. Donovan ordered the Tuesday attack on the basis of “confirmed intelligence” that “revealed the vessel’s active involvement in narco-trafficking,” read an update from Southcom. It’s at least the 68th attack launched on alleged drug traffickers sailing in the Caribbean.” These are acts of murder. Yes, that’s right–murder. The United States is required by law and the Constitution to provide probable cause for interdicting/arresting suspected drug smugglers. Due process is then required, meaning evidence must be presented in a court of law establishing the commission of a crime, in this case smuggling dangerous drugs into our country. Then upon a finding of guilt, a sentence occurs. Guess what, drug smuggling is NOT A CAPITAL OFFENSE. We do not have the legal (or moral) right to execute drug smugglers–period. So, in the absence of every step in this required legal process, the Trump administration continues to commit murder by bombing speedboats in the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific. Why this is not an enormous, continuing story of an administration completely out of control and guilty of lawlessness and criminal behavior should rock the conscience of every American, but it has become a ho-hum, back page story of little note. What a reflection on how far America has deteriorated ethically, legally, and morally. Seize the damned boats if there is probable cause to suspect drug smuggling, but killing those traveling in speedboats on narco-trafficking routes is cause for interdiction not “lethality” (as Hegseth dearly loves to say).
