Some of you know that Packrat and I raised our niece (known online as Kali) from age 14 into her early 20s. She’s grown into an amazing adult, and we’ve missed her a lot since the move.

Due to job and other circumstances, Kali has decided to move to Washington. Which means she’ll be living with us until she gets established. It’s a good thing, but it’s also a big change, and probably feels to her like moving backwards since she’s returning to the sorta-parental home.

Also, she’ll be adding a cat to the 6 we already have.
