Top Comments (March 21-22, 2026):

From inkstainedwretch:

In RandomLurker's diary about a forced C-section, amylynn10 replies to shmuelman. I am so PISSED, and I am neither a woman, nor do I know the woman subjected to this.

From ZenTrainer:

I know this is unusual but I'd like to nominate pretty much all of the comments in this diary Florida Hospital Cuts Woman Open Without Her Consent, by RandomLurker. In what is certainly a sensitive topic, the discourse was at a level I found so admirable. Back and forth, fact based (or adjacent) and respectful comments fill the thread. Sure, some people came close to the edge (I did reading), but came back gently or were brought back gently. Really one of the best threads I have read in a long time
