seems this country is being driven off a cliff. not sure how we get this cleaned up. the stench runs deep and has been lingering for decades.

one thing I’d like to see is the weakening of the executive...as our founders intended. congress needs to clawback its article 1 powers. repeal or revise stuff like the alien enemies act, the smith act, the aumf, etc. and I want serious oversight. enlarge the house if needed.

we complain about bureaucracy but we need it. we need agencies like the EPA, NLRB, CFPB, and others to fulfill tasks mandated by congress. protecting us...looking out for us. and why don’t we have an agency to protect our digital privacy and rights. regulate algorithms!! we’ve let tech corps do whatever the fuck they want. don’t want to stifle innovation...yes, actually I do. seems plenty of room to protect citizens yet still have thriving innovation...I want guardrails.

throw the pundits and consultants in the ocean. tell me you’re gonna prosecute abusive law enforcement...government...and corporate corruption. tell me you’re gonna work for a better society. a better world is possible.

if we shot all the billionaires into a black hole...we might lose a handful of decent people...but imagine how much better things could be.

this shit...all of it...is outta hand.
