Refuse Trump's orders?? [1]

Each man and woman in our army, navy, marines, and air force takes an oath to support and defend our Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

The Constitution comes first, not the president.

Trump’s war on Iran is illegal because Congress hasn’t approved it. So is it fair to ask every service person to refuse to obey Trump’s orders?

Trump, because he’s an insurrectionist, is an unconstitutional president. The anti-Constitution Supreme Court says he’s president, but the Constitution says he’s not. So is it fair to ask that our military branches refuse to consider Trump the Commander in Chief?

Our military has thrown in their lot with a criminal president, so is it fair to consider them a criminal enterprise?

It takes one kind of courage to risk your life in battle. It takes another kind to stand by your oath and stand by the Constitution and stand by the people of our country. Is it fair for us to ask for that second kind of courage?

Is it fair to ask our generals, admirals, and other commissioned officers to lead the way, since they have much more power than the enlisteds?

Is it fair to ask each of our warriors…

How does it feel to break your oath? How does it feel to help Trump destroy democracy? How does it feel to participate in a stupid war that’s doing terrible harm our country? How does it feel to know that if you die in this war, you’ll be dying for Trump, not for America?

Commentors, what’s fair to ask, what’s not?
