The King’s Court Declares Blanket Immunity for the King [1]

The role of the courts is to both interpret the law and determine guilt and innocence so the laws can be enforced by the justice system - federal, state and local.

The current Supreme Court is no longer acting like a court by making the President above the law. Only kings do not have to obey the law and are a law onto themselves.

So, by effectively declaring a President to be a king when acting in his or her “official capacity”, they have exceeded their authority. They have actually reversed their role as interpreters and enforcers of the law. No court has the power to grant blanket immunity to anyone in the Constitutional system.

The Supreme Court has become a co-conspirator defending and enabling the “official” criminal actions of any President.

The court has lost its legitimacy with respect to the “separation of powers”. It is no longer a check on Presidential power as prescribed by the Constitution but a rubber stamp defending the use of nearly unlimited power by any President.

What does one do when a powerful institution like the court exceeds its authority?

The FDA can issue an edict as to how the Transportation Safety Board should conduct aircraft safety inspections. It will be ignored. The National Institute of Health can order the FBI to investigate a particular criminal organization. They will be ignored.

The Supreme Court has set itself up as an institution that can and should be ignored when any of its rulings deal with criminal presidential activities.

The President is not a king, not immune to or above the law, and the Supreme Court is no longer a court of justice when it declares him to be. The “conservative” majority on the court are now just members of the king’s court and an extension of the President’s will.

The Supreme Court’s rulings on president power and their claims of blanket presidential criminal immunity should be ignored, resisted, and protested by both citizens and the entire justice system at all levels, and especially by all lower courts and their district attorneys.
