The Friends of my Enemies are not My Friends [1]

Not much original thought here, but here goes, anyway.

From the Wall Street Journal, via, Apple News;

The Wall Street Journal headline:

The Big Companies Funding Trump’s Inauguration Despite denouncing Jan., 6

The Wall Street Journal has identified at least 11 companies and trade associations that are backing the inauguration, which is on track to be the most lucrative ever, after earlier pledging to suspend or reconsider political-action committee donations after Jan. 6

But, if one does business with any these corporations, in any way, shape, manner, or form, on a voluntary basis, perhaps a rethink is in order.

The WSJ reports that:

If they’ve decided to align with our ideological enemies… they are not our friends.

Why do business with them?

There are alternatives…, for now, anyway.

The only thing they understand is; How fat are their wallets (hint, not enough)?; and, how thin can we make our customer’s wallets (again, not enough...)?

Maybe its just a Christmas hangover, yet to come…
