Trump Offers EPA Steamroll for $1B [1]

The mob boss speaks.

Donald Trump just made businesses and offer they can't refuse. Only $1 billion gets you expedited governmental approval to rape the part of the planet we control.

Next step is to take over more countries and make this work even better.

There is this one little problem called the National Environmental Policy Act​​​​​. The bigger the project, the more review is required. Federal agencies have to look at environmental impacts of energy production, infrastructure like roadways and pipelines.

William Buzbee, a lawprofessor at Georgetown University, said, "The law does not provide a statutory fast track for big investments in big projects."

"In fact, the bigger the effects, the more searching and careful agencies must be if they hope to surmount later judicial review."

The Sierra Club was aghast at Trump's offer. "We'll keep fighting to defend our bedrock environmental protections, and insure they apply to everyone, not just those who can't afford Trump's bribe," said Maher Sorour of the Sierra Club.
