Kaint Never Did Try [1]

That’s a phrase I remember dad using. It was his favorite variation on the old chestnut “If at first you don’t succeed….”

So here I am again.

This morning I published a diary to expose a cause I’m trying to promote, but it has already fallen off the front page into the obscurity of the nether regions of the All Other Stories pages. And it only got 16 recommends to prove it generated any interest.

Where did I go wrong? Did I use a poor headline? Was it the timing? Should I have used a more engaging image for it? Did I not write an appealing story? Do I have to have better mojo on Kos to get noticed?

In the end that doesn’t matter. Hopefully persistence will.

This is a worthy cause and a deserving recipient. It’s even a cause you can help as easily with your keyboard as your wallet. So I hope if you skipped it, you’ll use this link and take a look.
