Donald must be watching S. Korea with Interest. [1]

South Korea’s experiment in martial law descended embarrassingly for their unpopular President.

However.

South Korea had an effective opposition and population.

The question remains: does the US?

From what I have seen, I would argue, no, bar a few States.

If I am thinking along these lines, so must the Heritage Foundation. From what I have read in Project 2025, this might be a viable shortcut.

There is no need to take such a risk for at least two years as all branches of the federal government are under their control.

Donald has sworn revenge against all opposition; perhaps this methodology will upset enough people that the situation will change in two years. What if the polls show a significant change?

Would Donald dare?

Would the GOP suddenly find a backbone? Can amoebas?

SCOTUS would likely reaffirm the Godhood of the President.

Would the military disobey their Commander in Chief? I am not as sure as I once was.

I really do not want to know the answer.

Even the thought makes me feel sick.
