His Second Term Gift To Evangelicals [1]

Trump may cheap out of paying his bills, but he seems to keep his promises to Ralph Reed, and the “Faith and Freedom Coalition” www.ffcoalition.com. In his first term, he was able to finagle THREE Supreme Court appointments which of course led to overturning Roe. In his second term, an even more important issue to religious reactionaries, is to dismantle public education. In addition to dismantling public education, is taking public tax dollars and turning them over to “approved” churches with “vouchers” and other schemes.

What are their goals?

1. Bring back segregation. Not immediately. It will be done in a slow sneaky way. As Jerry Falwell used to say, “Birds of feather, flock together.” It will not be just racial segregation. Micro-segregation meaning “Are you are real Christian or American?”.

2. Very important to Evangelicals is changing the curriculum, especially humanities and sciences. From History to Biology, the takeover will be impressive as currently seen in Evangelical colleges across the country. Look Out Darwin!

3. Blur the line between church and state. It is very clear our Founding Fathers wanted church and state to remain separate. "No man shall be compelled to frequent or support any religious worship, place, or ministry whatsoever." ~ Thomas Jefferson...One quote of many to choose from.

4. Indoctrination. Teachers are currently being accused of indoctrinating students by teaching state (California) approved curriculum. Wouldn’t pushing a specific sectarian religious view in a public education class be indoctrination?
