It seemed inevitable, some Congressional RWNJ was going to try to create a conflict with the new member of Congress, Sarah McBride (D-DE). Nancy Mace is a first mover with a rule. This is a proposed law targeting exactly one person: Incoming trans Congresswoman Sarah McBride of Delaware.

A typical move for transphobes is to restrict restroom access, but one assumes that individual ungendered disability facilities are available in the Capitol.

Are chromosome tests for federal employees ahead.

Will Capitol Police be guarding the Ladies Rooms (sic). Seems to be a civil rights violation as written.

It is unacceptable that something as basic as using the restroom can have such a detrimental impact on someone's physical and mental health. That is why it is important to have all-gender restrooms available, which can help alleviate some of the stress.

This is a proposed law targeting exactly one person: Incoming trans Congresswoman Sarah McBride of Delaware. Nancy Mace is a transphobic, hateful troll who voted with teen rapist Matt Gaetz to depose her own party’s speaker, but the bathrooms. That’s where she’s focused.
