Whatcha Gonna Do when Putin comes for YOU? [1]

Living in Pacific Time, we had the awful news before we went to bed. After an unrestful night of half-sleep, my spouse and I got up, and she commented "it feels like someone died", and in my head I thought: "very probably there are many happy people today who don't realize they are already dead".

I went on the socials yesterday, more to keep track of my hobby, but I just had to check on family and friends who are allies; I've unfriended enough clowns and trolls that I did not have to see any gloating, only the disbelief and despair from future casualties of these incel monsters that lurk in dim hallways.



Since then, folks smarter than me have voiced the same premonition. Elsewhere on this site, we’re are already seeing some blocks of tfg voters who are somehow surprised that they are not considered what will “Make America Great Again”.

Then I thought about it a little more, and I saw a headline talking about Putin mentioning a "new world order" while congratulating tfg. In case it has to be spelled out, Vlad’s new/old plan for WWWIII is RUS / CHI / NK / IRAN / US against the rest of the world. It just got delayed for 4 years. Welcome to BRICS, ya’ll.

Perhaps the Law of Unintended Consequences, the "invisible hand" will come out to play in the coming months, in ways that will “self correct” this abominable mistake:

What if: Vlad asks tfg not for material support, but troops? If enough veteran pilots quit/retire, it will be hard to move our equipment quickly, but there’s still lots of ways to move bodies to a foreign theater. They’ll still be able to fly in CHI or NK equipment.



When the officers get wind of this, I’d guess there would be a mass exodus of qualified / skilled personnel from the armed services. That would mean that tfg would have to implement a DRAFT of some 18-27 year old meat sacks (primarily male) for the grinder in Ukraine. Vlad needs more bodies now, not in a couple years. The draft plan will be written up within the next 8 weeks.



That conscription would include a large chunk of those same idjits who voted in this mess. Will a MAGA family who has their kid sent to the mudpit to fertilize the sunflowers — will they vote MAGA again in their lifetimes? Cue the additional schadenfreude.



Come at me because this a sad and dark commentary, but certainly not out of the realm of possibility.

I've been staying away from as much media, social and otherwise, since the latest crushing disappointment delivered by both the dumbest, and the most inept segments of the population of the Late, Great Disunited States of Dumbfuckistan.



While I’ve commented regularly for a couple decades now, I last posted a diary in 2009. Not planning on doing either very much here any more, we'll most likely be preparing for our hopeful Exodus to... somewhere else, if they'll have us.
