What If No One Obeys Him? [1]

Just waxing pure fantasy here.



What if folks refuse T***p’s commands? The Fed, Governors, Soldiers, Generals, Government Officials, Etc.



He can say he’ll fire them…but…just what if people refuse? If says arrest them! Authorities say, “no.” Basically, what if T***p’s fantasy of an unbridled Dictatorship is met with Lame-Duckness? A Dictatorship largely only works if you have the military backing you up. Even if T***p fired all the generals and made all remaining soldiers take a loyalty test, T***p’s goons don’t know the first thing on how to pilot and navigate a sub. They don’t know how the military works in general (pun intended.) Firing people to replace them with yes-men is all well and good, but eventually you hit a knowledge and talent wall that up-ends whatever over-arching plan one had when they began the firing. That’s what I see happening.



We know deep blue states will resist any and practically all of T***p-Decrees or Executive Orders or whatever he commands. It will almost certainly come down to, “I’ll sic the military on you!” or “I’ll federalize the Police and have them arrest you!” and that’s where the fun begins. This will be where folks will start to say, “I’m not doing that.” We will get the long chain of firings until he reaches to end of the pool. Even if he replaces them, they won’t know what to do and there will also be a delay in action for sure. Let’s say all the Generals are gone and he orders Steve Bannon to order the military to do something. They may not honor that command. There is an interesting thought, what if they say….”Make me.” Do you send the military after the military? Civil War?



Thing is, he may fire the generals and a bunch of military personnel and soldiers, but all that does is create an army outside the control of the government. There is historical precedent where a military that doesn’t agree with a leader comes back and coups that administration. Not that anyone would really want that as we would then be under military control and that ALWAYS goes bad. Yet, that doesn’t mean it can’t or won’t happen. In 2020, the military came out and said they wouldn’t help T***p because they don’t answer to a President. They answer to the Constitution; the ONE thing T***p is looking to destroy. The question is…will the military rise up against T***p’s plan to destroy the US from within? Will there be people in positions of power who will say “NO?”
