Covid Open Thread [1]

Hi everyone. I’m reaching out to my DKos pals because I wish to survey how many people are infected with this new Covid strain. It’s a beast! I’ve had Covid twice and it was NOTHING like the misery I am now experiencing.

We travelled to Nashville to visit our daughter and see the Bare Naked Ladies at the Ryman Auditorium; What a great show! (tip: when they sing ‘I just made you say underwear’, people throw underpants on the stage). But somewhere between flying there, being there, and flying home I contracted this. It’s always the worst when you wake up; this morning I told my husband that I was a “Branch Covidian”. Is that original? I have no idea. Is anyone else sick with this new Covid?
