Just a word for all of you still using X (and justifying it because it's Twitter) [1]

I don’t hate you. In fact I love the people I’m writing to. But Y’ALL!!! You’re still posting on a site and sharing posts from a site that is obviously being used to bring fascism to America using the tactics that have been successful at bringing fascism to other places. Yeah, I know, that’s where you get all your best up-to-the-minute info. Yeah, I know, you want to make change and that’s where everyone knows you are.

But you know what?

As long as you make Twitter, which is now X, not Twitter, as long as you long for the days where Twitter was Twitter and dream that one day it will go back there, you’re doing the SAME DAMN THING that Republicans are doing thinking Trump’s party can go back to being Reagan’s party.

This is easy for me to say. I’ve never played on Twitter. But I can see what’s happening. You are supporting fascism. Stop it! Yeah, it’s a sacrifice. Americans fucking HATE sacrifice. But think about the consistency between what you’re saying and what you’re doing.

PS — My eye is on Amazon, too. I don’t know enough yet about that. But I can definitely see that Musk has gotten real about his support for fascism. If you have any courage at all, get off that site. Please.
