A Radical Test of the POTUS Immunity Decision [1]

I propose a radical test of the recent SCOTUS immunity decision.

POTUS can do whatever he (or, I hope, she) wants to do as long as they claim it is part of their official duties?

The President takes an oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution. And who is attacking that document these days?

The right wing justices on the USSC. Therefore the radical test would be to have those six justices arrested and see what they can do about it.

POTUS should make clear that he/she is doing this to make a point. And that point would be made crystal clear to Americans of every stripe. You cannot allow the President of the United States to ignore the law because we would then be just like every other miserable autocracy that has ever polluted the planet.
