Aren't we missing the elephant in the room? [1]

For years now I’ve been following everything the Orange One has said and done anxiously awaiting the hammer to drop on this evil man. This post will be short but not sweet since justice won’t be done before the election is even fully counted if ever I’m afraid.

Sure he may get sentenced shortly after the polls close for the 34 felony counts that should carry some jail time but it will be appealed all the way to SCOTUS with slap-on-the-wrist results and if elected not prosecuted at all.



As to the “election interference” (read; causing an attempted insurrection) no matter where you look or what his crime is labeled, the media has normalized him to be the king he wants to be.

If not legally elected, he will steal the election through legal loopholes or maybe cause an un-civil war to just take it. I’d have more trust in our system to prevent this except there are many police and military that would no-doubt back him up.

After all is said and done, this person is a TRAITOR based on the following definition:

A traitor is a person who commits treason, which is the crime of attacking a state authority to which one owes allegiance. The legal definition of treason in the United States Constitution is: Levying war : Waging war against the United States

Adhering to enemies: Giving aid and comfort to enemies of the United States A person can only be convicted of treason if there is testimony from two witnesses to the same overt act, or if there is a confession in open court. The punishment for treason includes: Death, Imprisonment for at least five years, A fine of at least $10,000, and Inability to hold any office under the United States. Treason is the only crime defined in the United States Constitution.

And we know he wants to get rid of the Constitution. Waging war was causing the January 6 riot and giving aid to enemies has tons of evidence while both in and out of office. To think a traitor can escape justice simply by running for President again is just too ironic to be funny. This definition of treason should also apply to all of congress that voted to allow it to happen. Where’s the justice?
