Antiabortion Republicans Put Girls in Danger [1]

Just had to share this. My husband, currently in Flagstaff, AZ, answered the doorbell to find two teenaged girls hawking antiabortion materials. They handed out material from Donald Trump and Kari Lake—“Women Speak Out PAC.” The title was “We Believe that We Can Come to a Compromise on Abortion that Serves Women and Saves Babies.” In addition to pushing lies, these little girls argued that funding for women’s centers, child tax credits, making adoption more accessible, and so on—things that Republicans won’t do. Worse, these kids—who said they were Christians—are being manipulated by someone (church?) and put in potentially dangerous situations going door to door. My husband, a retired anthropology professor, tried to point out the holes in their argument to no avail. This is so frightening on a number of levels.
