The GOP has a chance to save itself. [1]

The beginning of the end of Trumpism is taking shape right now. The real question is this: will the rank and file Republicans across America take this unique and certainly one-time-only opportunity to save their party and their actual political policy positions?

Yes, many prominent Republicans have declared themselves to be rejecting Trump and endorsing Harris. But, now it comes down to the rank and file GOP. If they want a viable, serious political party with stature and respect, they’ll need to vote for it in November.

That means making certain that the rejection of Trump is large and broad-based.

Can real Republicans rise to this unique occasion?

We will find out soon enough.
