What you would like Kamala to say in the debate, but are afraid she won’t [1]

I am awaiting the great debate with both hope and foreboding. Neither Clinton nor Biden were able to successfully respond to Trump’s bluster and lies in the previous debates. I am sure that many of you, like me, have been screaming at the TV with what, we are sure, would be the perfect comeback. In the hope, no doubt futile, that Harris’s staff read Kos, maybe we could start a daily column where we vote up the best responses to his standard lies. I will start it off with my favorite, which I can’t get out of my head:

In response to some Trump statement where, as usual, he says something 180 degrees contradictory to his previous statement’s (eg, abortion, bitcoin, etc.), Harris should start out pointing out the contradiction, and then say: “You (Trump) don’t care what you say, you have no principles. That is what makes you so dangerous. You will say anything to get elected. The only thing you want is to get reelected. You just want the power of the presidency to keep yourself out of jail and to enrich you and your cronies.”

I know many of you have some similar ideas, probably better. Maybe add them in the comments or start a separate diary.
