Finally, a reason to say Thank You SCOTUS! [1]

SCOTUS in its decision Trump v Anderson held that the Congress had the authority under Sec 5 of the 14th Amendment, to disqualify a former President from holding office under Sec. 3 of the 14th Amendment, if it determines he engaged in an insurrection against the United States.

Therefore, if the Democrats win control of the House, the Senate and the Presidency on November 5, when the new Congress is sworn in on January 3, they can pass legislation disqualifying Trump from ever holding the Office of President again.

Now, let’s get out the vote and win a trifecta in the November election. Then in January we can get Trump out of our political life for good.

We wouldn’t even have to worry about him trying to steal the election.

Finally there is a reason to say:

Thank You SCOTUS.
