Hi everybody! It is drizzling and damp out today here in central Virginia, with the remainder of Tropical Storm Debbie slowly making its way thru. So today we are featuring memes about rain. Well, mostly!

If you keep posting banned pics...well then...the Tigress will have to take matters in hand. Or, paw.
