What does the word Weird reallly mean? [1]

My mind is always coming up with ideas the Harris folks can use: I just need to send it out and see if it catches some interest.

An announcer intones while some images play in the background: What does the word "weird" really mean. If you see someone driving weird, stay as far back as you can. Weird drivers are dangerous, unpredictable. If you're on the bus or train and a passenger is being weird. Stay alert, hold your kid's hand and pay attention. Weird often means dangerous. And if your teen tells you that one of their classmates is being weird, take note. Weird means unsafe, untrustworthy and suspicious. Do you want someone like that handling the nuclear codes?

In the background during the narrator words can be videos of Donald Trump imitating a disabled person, or saying things like Hannibel Lecter was a wonderful guy. (Which could be an ad for another shot or something to weave into this ad. Hannibel Lecter was the name of a character in a movie who was serial killer who ate his victims. Is that who Americans want their president to be celebrating?
