[1] ['This Content Is Not Subject To Review Daily Kos Staff Prior To Publication.'] Date: 2024-08-07 Lawrence O’Donnell is reporting on MSNBC that transcripts reveal that the Grand Jury that indicted 18 individuals in the fake electors case in Arizona also wanted to indict Trump, but the Prosecutor convinced them not to indict him. Instead he was named an un-indicted co-conspirator. Now that Jenna Ellis has plead guilty and agreed to testify could the prosecutor seek an indictment against Trump if he believes she could provide direct evidence against Trump. Another possibility would be for her to provide direct evidence against Rudy Giuliani or Mark Meadows, and then offer them a plea deal if they could provide direct evidence against Trump, and would be willing to testify against him. Jenna Ellis was the former Trump Attorney who pleaded guilty in the Georgia case and agreed to cooperate with the prosecution. If Trump were to be indicted in Arizona that would not speak well for his chances of being elected even if a trial could not happen before the November election. There may be more coming out of Arizona before this is all over. Stay tuned.
