Congressman Andrew Ogles confirmed he had his cellphone seized by the FBI pursuant to a search warrant.

No, Congressman, the FBI does not seize your cellphone on a whim about ‘innocent mistakes”.

They seize it when they think you are using campaign funds for personal expenses and that you knew that it was wrong because the FBI already have the other side of the conversation.

UPDATE

They seize it when they think you laundered OVER A QUARTER MILLION DOLLARS IN FAKE DONATIONS.

Ogles has already faced criticism about falsifying his credentials, like college transcripts saying he was an economist, or a cop, or an expert on sex trafficking.

Of course his lawyer is Preston Kline IV.
