Why is the main dashboard on my "smart tv" promoting Republican propaganda? [1]

The photograph above shows the main dashboard menu on my Samsung “smart tv” on Aug 4 at 10:30pm. QUESTION: Why are Fox Live Now and Mark Levin (a virulent attacker of Democrats) given such prominent placement, in my region, in Central New Jersey?

Did Republicans pay for the placement?

Or did some apparatchik associated with Samsung or with my cable TV provider (Altice /Cablevision/ Optimum) do this, either out of personal preference or for a reward of some kind?

In my opinion we should get better at depriving Republicans of this kind of advantage.
