Surprise, surprise, dictators are having a down year. Over the past year or so, in no particular order, the following populists have been too unpopular to win fair elections or avoid otherwise getting tossed out:

Bolsonaro (Brazil)

Erdogan (Turkey)

Modi (India)

Morawiecki (Poland)

Prayut (Thailand)

Sunak (UK)

LePen (France)

Zuma (RSA)

Jalili (Iran)

Hasina (Bangladesh)

Maduro (Venezuela) ought to be on the list, but it seems no one in Venezuela can force his government to turn over actual vote counts. Nice trend, at any rate, for November.
