Hi beer lovers, happy Friday! Come in and join us for a cold one!

Music first: I’m going out tomorrow night to Willie Nelson and his “Outlaw Tour”, he’s got Bob Dylan (!) and John Mellencamp on the bill with him.

When I saw Dylan in 2000 this was his hot new song, and I was going through some stuff that made “I used to care but things have changed” my theme for a couple years. He’s been playing it in his sets consistently this tour so I should hear it again tomorrow.

I’ve always liked Mellencamp’s music but haven’t seen him live. I haven’t tried to find out what he’s playing, probably heavy on his ‘80s hits.

I went looking for beer news and found bad news: Good Beer Hunting is dead. The front page notice isn’t dated, but the most recent story on Sightlines was June 11. Bummer. Doing journalism is expensive, which is why other beer “news” sites are mostly press releases from brewers.

I’ve got Liquid Gravity West Coast IPA. What are you drinking? Anyone brewing?
