Have your aides make personal phone calls all through the night to Congress members exhorting you to step down; have them ask this simple question: Harris and which actually available person gives a better polling result than Biden-Harris?

There is only one, a virtual unknown on the national stage, Shapiro, and he's about to get caught up in a sex scandal regarding one of his former staff members. So, the answer is no one. They all do considerably worse. No, Clinton and Obama are not available.

Once the aide elucidates the scenario, maybe they can follow up with a personal message from you: It's easier to talk it than walk it, so how about not making the Biden-Harris job more difficult?

You got this. Stick with it. No one will pay attention until September. Once voters get clued in, the victory will drift to you, just as it did in 2020.
