All the folks saying that Joe Biden should step aside seem to forget one thing — he was elected to be the Democratic Party candidate by overwhelming majorities during the primaries. The “step-aside” crowd seems to want to overturn the will of the people! The same voters who knew exactly how old Biden was when they voted for him.

But now the MSM, which is trending ever-rightward (note the NY Times and The Economist fawning over Farage in the UK, the forecast of right-wing triumph in France, the surprise moderate president elected in Iran...) , and the chattering classes who have been wrong over and over, plus a few spineless legislators, want to overturn the will of the majority of the party. They want to return to an era when candidates were chosen in smoke-filled rooms by party bosses, based on expected ‘jobs for the boys.”
