Estonia has also found artillery shells & rockets for Ukraine .. needs help with funding [1]

Following in the foot steps of the Czech Initiative, Estonia just announced that it has also found substantial quantities of artillery shells and rockets which could be sent to Ukraine if the allies provide funding. The available quantities are about the same size as the recent Czech led procurement … 800,000 to 1.5 million shells.

While all this is positive news one would hope that the European allies would find a way to formalize and institutionalize a central procurement system to do this. It is now way past time for them to do this.
