Several World Central Kitchen Aid Workers Killed in Israeli Air Strike NYT reports [1]

The New York Times reports that “five WCK aid workers from Poland, Britain and Australia (including their Palestinian driver) were killed in an Israeli air strike in Deir al-Balah, Gaza on Monday night despite wearing visible World Central Kitchen patches and passports on their chest while delivering food to the hungry."

“This is a tragedy,” the organization said. “Humanitarian aid workers and civilians should never be a target. Ever. How will the IDF justify this latest killing of the international, humanitarian food delivery personnel of WCK? The Israeli government had demonized UNRWA. Is WCK also a threat? (sarcasm)
