Here's how The Supreme Court conservative "judges" operates on high stakes political cases:

1. Establish the desired ruling.

2. Reverse-engineer legal arguments backwards in such a way that, reading them forwards, it has the appearance of legal reasoning.

3. If unreasonable and logical gaps are unavoidable, paint it over with obscure and undecipherable language. Find any supporting precedence, even if thousands of years old.

4. Present the stinking turd as a "carefully deliberated" and "considered" legal judgement by impartial and neutral legal scholars.
