Seriously, frozen embryos are children? [1]

I’m going to assume that thousands and thousands of embryos, maybe hundreds of thousands, are induced each year with current medical techniques. If they are all children then what happens to the remaining ones after the parents have achieved their birth goals? I would like to hear from the Alabama Judges, especially the ones that consulted god on the issue, as to who is now responsible for the unused embryos lives, the mother, the father, the state of Alabama, the courts, the judges who made the ruling, god,Trump ? Will they have to be kept frozen forever? Will the practise of inducing and fertilizing eggs outside the womb have to be declared illegal in Alabama because no one will take responsibility for keeping them frozen in perpetuity. The court having made the ruling has a responsibility to provide guidance on this. With fertility rates dropping due to environmental, pollution and nutritional factors this not an issue that is likely to go away. The judges seriously errored in not considering the consequences of their ruling. Will their be a flood of Alabama court cases to hold accountable all the clinics that have allowed embryos to perish after the parents reached their goals. Of course, those who think they are following the commands of god aren’t likely to question anything they said because of who they believe told them.
