Hey, anyone know a good towing and recovery service? /s [1] ['This Content Is Not Subject To Review Daily Kos Staff Prior To Publication.'] Date: 2024-02-21 I own a construction business and one of my guys was out at a job site and drove our rock crusher into a ditch. They did it in what I’m told is the most gawd awful place, the locals call it the Mariana Trench. Does anyone know of a good, reliable towing and recovery service I can use? If they have scuba equipment, a current maritime license and, oh, say seven or so miles of towing cable, that would be really swell. This is going to be a real difficult recovery. It turns out the trench has real steep sides and the crusher landed upside down. And, on top of that, the engine is still running, or so they told me. I know that Daily Kos isn’t usually the place to turn to for this kind of stuff, and I hate to bug you guys, but I’m stymied as where else to go. Can’t seem to find any listings for towing and recovery services, at least good ones. And they call this the service economy. Anyway, I got to run, my guy is at the hospital and I got to see how he’s doing. So far they’ve pumped out 22 cubic meters of water from his stomach and lungs, a rather large colony of sea slugs and a shipping container.
