Only states shown in green are safe for pregnant women or those who may become pregnant. Purple ones are safe at the moment. Orange ones are only safe during early term of pregnancy.



Red ones are flat-out unsafe, because even if there are exceptions for the life/health of the mother, doctors can't risk their license or even jail by taking action. Moreover, ob/gyns are fleeing the red states to go where they can practice medicine without politicians injecting themselves into all women's vaginas.
