Update: Forming a Group for Teaching English to a Ukrainian [1]

A couple of dozen Kossacks have publicly declared that they are signing up to tutor one or more Ukrainians in spoken English. Every student can read and write English and has some spoken skills. But to really pick up an accent you need to talk with a native speaker. Having tried to order a Big Mac in Moscow some years ago, I can attest to the issue. I pronounced the name correctly, but got only a quizzical stare until I said it with a Russian accent.



I can and will start a group to focus on the issues we might encounter, and to share stories (see above for one such story). What need a good formal name, and a good display name. Any ideas? Any interest in joining the group?
