CHARLES DARWIN: “So, you claim that my theory of evolution causes mass shootings? My theory was published in 1859, and there were no mass shootings that year; nor were there any mass shootings for decades afterwards.”

MIKE JOHNSON: “That’s only because high-capacity firearms were not yet invented!”

CHARLES DARWIN: “So now you admit that it’s the guns?”
