Respect for the Supreme court is something that matters

But the High Court’s reputation is currently in tatters

Here’s something that happened…believe it or not

Clarence Thomas in effect practically forgot

Harlan Crow bought his mother a house

and he forgot to report some other gifts given to him and his spouse

Thomas (and Justice Alito, too) find it especially sweet

that the Supreme Court justices are able to cheat.

It shouldn’t be something that’s insurmountable

to require the Justices be held accountable.

We all have obligations we’re required to meet

but it appears those on the court have the freedom to cheat!

They imply that they’re above the law… and they love it

and to the rest of us? They seem to say…”go shove it! “

There seems no doubt…for goodness sake,

These high court judges are on the take.
