What if the current leader of the GOP successfully executes Insurrection 2.0 on November 5, 2024? [1]

We now know that those current Republican Presidential candidates, along with Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, and majorities of Republicans in the House and Senate, and Ronna McDaniel, Chairwoman of the Republican Party, would wholeheartedly campaign for, fund-raise for, and vote for the former president because they endorse him and defend his alleged commission of the following crimes:

Conspiracy to defraud the United States

Conspiracy to obstruct justice

Conspiracy to violate civil rights

Conspiring to commit forgery (encouraging fake electors)

Corruptly obstructing an official proceeding

Falsifying business records

Filing false documents, insurrection

Making false statements (lying)

Obstruction of justice

Racketeering (RICO - The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act )

Sexual assault

Theft of classified documents

Violating section 3 of the 14 th Amendment to the Constitution ( No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability .)

Willful retention of classified documents

Note: The GOP, the party of law and order, would never defend the alleged commission of any or all of those crimes by folks like Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, Jamie Raskin, Stacey Plaskett, or any other living Democrat, would it?
