Kitchen Table Kibitzing: Toothless [1]

It is crazy to think I have been writing on here for almost ten years. Which at the moment, is more than half of my life. Recently, I turned 19 and decided I deserved a birthday gift. So, I went and bought my childhood dream car (the achievable one anyways).



After just a short amount of time spent searching I stumbled across a shiny black, 1995 Mazda Miata. It is a lowered wide bodied Miata and it is awesome. I may not be able to park in my driveway or go over speed bumps and it’s definitely slow, but it’s shiny and loud and that’s all that matters.





I took this the day I brought it home. I had just scraped it up the driveway prior to this photo

I learned very quickly that the pop up headlights really come in handy when you need a mid-drive nap. And no, the chunk missing from my skirt was not from me… I swear.

First bath!

Now, officially, me and my cousin are the cool kids with the fancy cars in the family. Our life long dream.

I took this after my first drive up in the mountains. I was so happy with its performance. The camber in the back makes the car perfect for taking sharp turns at higher speeds.

Shortly after, however, I learned how quickly tires go bald… The tire on top is a borrowed tire, the bottom one came with the car.

The late night car wash trips make for great photo shoots.

Moral of the story is I have a cool car.



As a tribute to my heart horse, Stormfly, I decided to name the car Toothless. The two main dragons from How to Train Your Dragon.



That is paint on her leg and face, NOT blood.
