I have not been on here in a while. We need to really get in gear as humanity to get our houses in order. I don’t know what it is going to take to get powerful people to get to work. We quite literally do not have time for fake promises.

Joe Biden is a complete joke. He is a corporatist that has done next to nothing about this crisis. Oh sure he put a bunch of things in his BBB plan, but he doesn’t know how to fight for it. The US and the world does not have time for more of

his empty promises. Before anyone comes at me, sure he did bunch of stuff since taking office. But it counts for zero since he also authorized a bunch of oil leases. And I really wish Donald Trump would just go away. The MSM is idiotic with story after story about him. The Republicans are really so insane it is mindblowing how people vote for them. I could be here all day wondering how they get elected. And Corporate Democrats are really not much better. Only a few have really had the guts and courage to keep their convictions. Especially after Maui, every story should be about how to change to alternative energy sources, how to stop using fossil fuels, how to convince people this is real. Etc etc etc. We need solar and wind and geothermal for electric cars and we need the government to convince the rest of the US to move to electric ASAP. There should super loud voices in all media on all channels demanding real action.

I live in Seattle and we have been spared the wildfire smoke pollution. But we have red flag warnings in all the mountains around us. If and when they burn, what will be left to burn? Seriously folks! What is it going to take for our species to get to work??? Not just a treehugger, a radical leftist.
