After-life charities. Do you plan to have donations in lieu of so & so set up. [1]

When someone dies and has a Jewish funeral 99 times out of 100 times charities are mentioned instead of flower donations. So from the time I was a kid until I saw more of the world I always associated donations to charities then flowers at funerals.

I am chronically ill so I let my brother who is in charge of most of my healthcare decisions know what charities I want donations made to: IDF or Tiger Lily Cat Rescue

Which got me to thinking, do others have such orders set up? If so what are the charities?
