Midterm message: Republican leaders cannot be trusted to do the right thing. Wrong on abortion. Wrong on climate change. Wrong on health care.

Midterm message: Republican leaders care only about winning, and nothing about the long run future of the United States. They have pooh-poohed climate change for years and obstructed spending on mitigating its effects.

Midterm message: Republican leaders have become the tool of billionaires who want low taxation on the rich.
